Most of what I do now is build with AI. Real systems for real businesses. The work is moving fast, and the only way I keep up is by turning each lesson into something I can explain simply. If I cannot explain it, I do not understand it yet.

So this is the lab. Short notes on what I am learning and building. No client names, no private detail, just the lessons. If a lesson is worth keeping, it goes here.

One I keep coming back to is how you talk to a model when you want it to rank things. I wrote about that in giving the model short ids. Small change, big difference.
